Although the dress was made to fit as expected. The top of the dress was made perfectly but the bottom of the dress was unsatisfactory. It drooped in the front and was not defined like the picture. It looks like it was made in a rush as the hem line was very gathered as well. I had to take the dress to a seamstress to be fixed which was very expensive.Amazing, fit like a glove! And came early too!I love the dress.Fit as expectedI needed a formal gown that would accommodate my height and size for an important event I was a part of organizing. I looked at long dresses and short dresses but I felt a high/low version dress would spare me from major alterations.I was very hesitant placing an order for a “custom” dress online from an overseas vendor but I am very happy I did! The sizing I chose was my normal street size in US clothing. After reviewing the size chart I knew there would be a need to make adjustments. I was able to contact the seller and provide my measurements (I included my upper arm circumstance because I often have issues with items being to tight in that area).The dress arrived a few days ahead of schedule☺️ And the seller even left a message for me to call to assure I received my dress.When I first tried it on I was sure I would be headed to the nearest seamstress. The fit was just a tad snug but after donning my war gear (strapless elongated griddle bra and a good panty griddle) the fit was perfect. I even could have stood taking the waist in a good 2-3 inches. I did toy with the thought of shortening the train but left it.EVERYONE who attended the event RAVED about this dress. I even received compliments 2 weeks after attending the event. I felt like a Princess!No....the front of the skirt did not resemble the defined folds pictured but the lace detail was present. I am sure the larger sizing had a role to play in the styling but it still was stunnning!If you are considering purchasing this dress do not hesitate. Be mindful of measurement and do not be afraid to communicate with the sellers.I just can’t believe how beautiful the dress is and it came earlier than expected. The quality of the dress was amazing, I can’t wait to wear this to my daughters wedding.
