I loved this dress. I bought an extra large. I am 40DD and my arms are plump.. I wore this to a waltz ball and it was a little tough to spin fully because the arm area was a little tight but I managed.. I wore a hoop skirt under the dress and it was lovely. Im 5’2 so the hoop skirt let me dance better than without but I should probably get the dress tailored shorter as it did sometimes get stepped on. BUT - quality is amazing, arrived in good condition.. I was worried about the cleavage, but it wasn’t AWFUL, as I like to cover up a bit more. Im glad I bought this dress for the occasion!There is no ZIPPER but there is a lace up feature in the back, so if you want it super snug, go for it, a little looser? Go for it.. so as for stretch .. kinda sorta..
