The fit:To be clear I am very very short. This dress is long enough for a woman over 6 feet tall I assume. I have to cut off like 2 feet. The straps are also too long and have to be tailored in. That said the bodice fits beautifully. I'm a 36DD bra and a size 16 was perfect.I got it in 2 days and found a tailor that can do it in 2 days. I took like a week to plan my court wedding and am paying like 250 total for the dress once you factor in the tailoring. I'm delighted.Pros: The dress is heavy the skirt is 2 layers of opaque white fabric, 2 layers of crinoline and one layer of tulle I believe. So the skirt is very full and looks amazing. The bodice is sturdy. It is structured, I can tell there's boning and a lining fabric on the inside to make it hold it's shape. The cups are supportive and you don't need a bra.Cons:The only issue I have is the applique is sewed straight through instead of being sewed along the outside edge of each piece of applique. It won't show in pictures and guest won't notice either. The only reason I noticed is because I sew a bit and inspected it very closely.If your on the fence about getting this dress get it!!! You won’t regret it. I was nervous at first, I wasn’t sure how the material would be, if it’s fit good, etc. I decided just to order it and in soooo glad I did! It’s absolutely beautiful, my dream dress and I couldn’t be happier with it. For reference I am 5’9”, 200lbs and ordered a size 14. It could be a bit tighter on the chest but overall I’m very happy with the fit.Also just a side note Im wasn’t too sure if I like the belt on it but it’s just sewn on with a thin thread so it’s be easy to removeThis dress was beautiful and very well made however it was much too large for me to even have altered if I had had it altered it would have taken away more than what I wanted on the dress I will be ordering it again in a smaller size to wear at my weddingThis dress is more than I could have ever hoped for when ordering online! This is better quality than many of the dresses we tried on at David’s Bridal. I’m so so so thankful I took the chance and trusted the reviews! I’m a size 26 and this dress is very flattering and comfortable! Had a slight slight odor when originally removed from packaging but it quickly aired out. You’ve made our day even more special! ?First things first I cut the mesh off the breast section because my breast are huge and it was tight in that area. But the QUALITY is amazing!!!!!! Not even for the price the quality was just great!!!! I got soooooo many compliments on my dress. And people didnt believe me when I told them the price!This dress is everything I was looking for. Now, that’s not to say it didn’t come with some challenges which I will explain down below.This dress is incredible especially for the price. I expected it to feel cheap based on the price but it wasn’t! I spent a long time looking through all the reviews and the pictures and finally decided to just try it out and I’m so glad I did. This is the one and only dress I tried on. Obviously i am not a small person so ordering online is scary enough without it being for your wedding. The only concerning part of the dress in terms of fit were the straps. It was a little tight in the armpits but not too much to need alterations and the back of the straps sort of puffed out like they were too long on the inner part (I assume it was due to the straps being tight in the armpits) but again, it didn’t bother me enough to make alterations. My favorite part was the lace vines that came down from the waist! The dress had enough volume to make a statement but it wasn’t overwhelming. Basically, if you’re like me and you’re reading over all these reviews and obsessing over the pictures, just order it and try it. It’s worth it.Now for the complications. I ordered this dress twice. This first time I ordered it, there were major issues with it and had alterations like someone had bought it, altered it, wore it for their wedding, and returned it. There were spots on the inside slip of the dress around the top of the zipper that may or may not have been blood. The entire mesh part in the front was cut out and sewed up which threw off the entire fit of the dress. The beaded belt (which is supposed to be sewn into the dress) was falling off completely. I ordered ivory and what was sent was essentially white tulle over a tan slip. Ironically I ended up liking the color of it but if you are dead set on a specific color, beware.Basically, if you are going to order the dress, order with enough time to reorder just in case.Beautiful dress. Looks exactly as pictured. Came very quickly and fit as expected around the waist/midsection.I am rather large chested (38DDD) but there was still room in the chest/breast area, though not enough to deter me from wearing it.I was very hesitant to buy this dress because it's low-cut, but with the mesh, it becomes less risqué.Additionally the straps were too large/loose. They would have worked for someone taller I assume (I'm 5'2) but they gape out awkwardly in the back. Will have to get them altered.The length of the dress is not as bad as I thought it would be. Me being relatively short, I figured it would be CRAZY long but with a simple pair of heels, no alterations will be needed.Overall I am extremely pleased with this dress and definitely recommend it to anyone who is in need of a quick and cheap (price wise, not material) wedding gown.I love it
